Due to the nature of our products, many of which are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds. Each item is carefully crafted specifically for you, and we take great care in ensuring the highest quality. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. If you need to exchange your item for another size or another item, we are happy to assist. To qualify for an exchange, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@yaminiswim.com

To ensure a smooth exchange process, please make sure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once we’ve received your request, we will guide you through the next steps for the exchange.

Important Notes:

• Custom-made items are designed specifically for each customer, and due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns.

• Items for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Items must be unworn, in its original condition and with all tags attached.

• Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that items purchased with a discount code are not eligible for refund or exchange. We encourage you to review your order carefully before making a purchase, especially when using any promotional codes.
